this'll be kind of short... but yeah. like it says on that little section to the right (and basically everywhere, if you're looking hard enough) i am a self-shipper!

not gonna lie- i hardly know what i should write about here! for one thing, i don't take this seriously- it's just a silly little hobby. being cringe and free is my favorite pasttime.
as mentioned in my main site's about section, i have a collection of FF7 merch. of that, a good chunk of it is Rufus-related: i own all of his figurines, a plush doll, and a mini figurine, as well as two official cell phone charms. i make my own merch, too - one of my favorite things to do is draw keychains of him and have them made for my purse! i only make one copy but it would be fun to give them out at FF7 events. maybe i'll do that. spread the Rufus Shinra gospel or whatever, lol

OC Stuff

i'm very encouraging of other people when it comes to FF7 & OC x canon content. if you've ever been in the FF7 fandom, you probably know how cool people's OCs are! (...well, it's a hit or miss, really).
i have an OC that i ship with Rufus, too, and she's the main way i 'indulge' in this stuff, so to speak.
some of the below content miiight not make sense unless you understand Rufus's story. lucky for you, i wrote it all out on this shrine, so you should have no issues.

here's a little description of my OC if anyone cares: she works for Shinra as a member of the Turks, and only joins because she needs the fat paycheck to pay off her student loans. she's pretty self-absorbed and obsessive over her looks/fashion sense, but very skilled and fights with twin pistols in battle. she met Rufus on a security detail and they slowly began to grow fond of each other the two of them have fairly similar personalities in terms of thinking they're better than everyone else... which is just a way to hide whatever insecurities they do have. anyway, she's not exactly a foil to his character; they have a lot in common, but express their emotions differently. they're pretty good influences on each other until it comes to giving advice.

my OC and Rufus keep their relationship under wraps because he's technically her boss, but like, not really (at least not until he becomes President). he just holds a higher position than her.

she started as a written concept and as an extension of me; i had been thinking about a story for her for a while, and finally decided to put it into words in late 2021. she's gone through many visual changes, as well as personality changes- she used to be a nervous, bad-at-love mess, straight up Wattpad style. not that anything's wrong with that!
however, as i grew as a writer, she gradually changed too. i eventually decided to amp up her vanity confidence level: she's now a kick-ass, fashionable gal that takes BS from no one! (of course, she still has a little bit of that Wattpad girl in her, because why not?)
...yeah, she's basically everything i wanna be. dang.
